Light, Easy To Carry
By Kerton
This little charger really hits a sweet spot for me. I'm a guy who has all the geek toys, so I have had these portable chargers for years. I've had at least 8 over the years. Some don't work well, some actually drained my power, some used AA batteries, some used proprietary tips, and my favorite is an Energizer XP8000...but I found that I usually chose NOT to carry it except in my briefcase because it is the size of a wallet and much heavier. I needed something I could take with me when I don't have a briefcase. This particular Digipower, as it turns out, works the best for me. The biggest factor in its favor is that it is small. This makes a big difference, since I choose to carry it because of its painless size and weight, and that means it actually is in my pocket when my phone dies. The picture here doesn't show much, but my version has a 1" long micro USB plug embedded in the back side that I can flop out and put into my phone. There is a micro USB in port at the end, next to the button/LED. The LED indicates charge status, and you activate the device by pushing it. It is the size of about 15 business cards.Pros:- light- small- It uses standard micro USB ports, both for charging and for output. I hate the units with the proprietary tips and the "free tip for life" BS. You know what's free? Just make it standard USB, and I can use any of the dozen cables I already have.Cons:- not too much power. Bumps up my battery about 20% on my Samsung Galaxy SII and then quits. It takes about half an hour. 20% is just about the minimum acceptable for me, which is why this size is perfect - I want to carry the minimum! The Digipower isn't a full recharger...it's a reserve tank with enough fuel to get you to the next full charge.

Great Backup Battery.
By Vijay
This is a Great Backup battery. It easily fits in my wallet. I have a HTC ONE S which does not have a removable battery, So this is great carry around as a backup.

Ok.
By Rene Reyes
Ok. But it doesn't store very much charge. I guess good for an emergency call, but doesn't really give a very deep charge to the phone.
