I had a 30-day trip planned, with many days of travel without access to power to charge my Ipad2. I found this External Battery on Amazon on sale and bought it on-line. It came within a week and performed as advertized. Small, thin and not too heavy, it can charge my IPad twice, the second time not quite full. It was easy to bring on board an airplane and allow me to entertain myself on those long flights. It's a nice design, although the indicator light is big, bright, and flashing and quite a distraction when charging it in a Hotel room at night. But slipping it upside-down solved the problem. Built sturdley, it's a great traveling companion for my IPad.

My wife had a single port charger (5600mah) and she loves it. Usually gets about 2 1/2 charges from it. The whole family was getting ready for a trip and the Pwr Max 12000mah dual port charger was on sale. I ordered it and like two days later it had arrived. I put on charger to make sure it's 100% We went on trip and it worked great. I charged phones 2 or 3 times and still plenty of charge left in portable battery. If your on the go a lot and travel this is the right tool to have. Just plug you device, up to 1.2amps into one of the usb ports and press button and it charges device. It charges while you're using it also. A little heavy for small purse but great for backpack or travel bag.
