Okay. So when i first purchased this, the device didn't work at all and would shut off. When i returned it, i received an email telling me they were sorry and sent me another one. Works great, and i don't have any issues with it! Was packaged a bit weird (the box was half stuffed with Chinese newspaper), but the device was in great shape, and works perfect! Can't wait to use it on my trips!
