Mophie Juice External Battery Case

This product is amazing!! I have found absolutely no flaws in the case. It charges the phone while you charge the case. I average charging my phone three times a day, and with the case, all I do is plug it in at night! I love this product, and will always go to mophie.-Twisted Eagle94

Very nice build quality and the form factor remains thin. One small issue is the fact that it takes much much longer to recharge than just the phone alone.

Mophie Juice Pack Air

First off, do not do business with Rock-A-Deal the vendor who sold me mine through Amazon. Second off, it did not come in its original packaging. It came in an unpadded, plain sealed, clear plastic bag stuffed in a gray, unprotected plastic mailer. My unit had a small ding at the bottom, the owner's manual was scuffed and slightly torn at the bottom, which meant it had been used, which led me to believe I received a used unit or a returned and resold unit. It worked for five days before the micro USB port came loose inside and the unit would no longer charge. Huge disappointment. The selling points should have been stated in the description. I'm sure Mophie makes a good case, but this turned out to be a dud. If you buy one like this, from this vendor, don't expect help from Mophie customer service. They will tell you buy one from a reputable dealer or buy direct. Amazon is going to honor the refund. The Just Wireless extended battery case I purchased recently works flawlessly with no issues. I think Amazon should remove Rock-A-Deal from their approved vendors.
