More parts somewhere ?

This item was larger than I anticipated but arrived really fast as I live in Hawaii, so when I opened the box and looked at the accessories and found that the connector to recharge this device was not and is not included in this package big disappointment set in. While it looks like there was a space for the dc adapter in the box I never got one. Send it back would be great if I was on the mainland I just want the missing part so that I can use my backup battery. The only good thing about this order is that it arrived quickly and it is pre-charged. I really wanted to just request the missing piece but could not find a place to do that on this site. Would give this a lower rating but I like the concept of being able to recharge my phone when I am away from home. A fair way to make me a really happy customer is to send me the missing piece, because the sad part is I will need another one of these for my son, and the question will always linger, Will it come complete with all the parts ? Sending it back would be too risky since I am totally disappointed with this one. And this disappointment is based on not all the pieces being in my box.
