Don't throw away the box!

iPhones are notorious for their awful battery life, no matter how much we love them. When a friend recommended this battery, I thought my problems were over! So I threw away the box and receipt. Please don't do that (how else can you return it???). When I needed to use it, a message came up saying that the device was compatible with the iPhone, even though the information on the box said it was compatible. Now I have one more battery back up that is taking up space.

Works as advertised - made a bit cheaply

Works as advertised and I like being able to put the AAA batteries in there. However the battery cover tends to fall off easily.
