Does not hold a charge

The EZOPower Blue eTriplex 12000mAh sounded great - a lot of juice, a high-speed charging option, and a color that won't blend in with everything else in my bag. The problem is that it does not hold a charge. I charge the EZO and the 4 lights at the bottom light up indicating a full charge. The EZO automatically powers down when not charging something, so you don't have to worry about wasting any juice. However, I go to charge something, plug in my phone or bluetooth headset, and power on the EZO to find only 1 of the 4 charge indicator lights lit. After a few seconds, that light goes out and the charging of the phone, etc. comes to an end.
