The item arrived quickly but it was very apparent that the batteries are not new. The casing was extremely scratched, the contact points are oxidised and there are obvious contact points where these batteries have been used. Waste of money and not happy.

I received the battery for my blackberry curve 9360. although it was the correct battery, the one I got could not be used. It is a re-furbished battery and cannot be used in the blackberry, An information chip MUST be used to transfer an I.D code to the new battery. The battery I received from OEM did not have the chip required..no used battery does.. Can't use it..sending it back..bought a NEW Empire battery from a store nearby..cost $40.00 more but it works.
