Easy replacement Torch battery

Unlike some batteries adverised on the Internet auctions, this battery is ready as received. No need to match programming with original battery.

Good for about 30 days then dies quickly (after you can't return it)

The review:Blackberry Torch Battery purchased worked for almost 2 days when fully charged for the first week after received......2nd week...only lasted about 1.5 days.........3rd week....only lasted about 1 days.............4th week....battery dies in about 8 hours.......ALL after FULLY charging -- have tried charging with phone ON and with phone OFF...results are about 1 hour apart in duration (not a big difference).*Those who have a Torch, please note that I ONLY use my Torch for Data...NO phone calls...A lithium-Ion battery should have a normal life of at LEAST 1,000 charging cycles (about 2.5 years)...and after 1 to 2 YEARS it should reduce its useable time to about half the original. This one went to 2 year status in only 4 WEEKS ! Older Nickel Cadmium and Nickel Hydride batteries lasted for 300 cycles (almost 1 Year)...which is still MUCH better than this battery.Note:Please understand that I don't want to sound like an irate customer striking back at anyone...especially over $20.I dislike reviews that sound extremely critical of a vendor or a product......but I should dislike even more being put in a position of having to warn others.........I cannot state as a matter of fact that the vendor knows how quickly this battery dies, but it's happened to me twice in less than 6 months !...same battery model...cannot be coincidence.

Although I like my Torch very much, one of it's problems is short battery life. This battery lasts the longest of any I have bought including the battery that came with the phone.
