Crash with no warning

This battery was marketed for the LG Spectrum BUT I have noticed a serious issue with it. A few weeks ago I was using it and suddenly the phone shut off while idle. It would not turn back on. There was NO warning that the battery was low. When I plugged it into the charger it started flashing for several minutes but the phone wouldn't turn on. 30 min. later I came back to the phone & it had a warning on it that it was trying to launch an application & would force close... Long story short... I had to do a factory reset on the phone. I then used the battery that came with the phone - no problems... I tried the battery from this seller a week later... it goes fine then suddenly without warning - no indication the battery was low - in fact it was 25% but was still in the "green". Phone crashed. Could not turn on. I had to charge for 20-30 minutes before I could even turn it on to use while charging.Cellular technicians WARN against using after market batterys and chargers and this is why. I cannot recommend this battery. It will NOT last & will crash without warning.
