I was excited to receive this in the mail. But then I opened it. The description said it was new. It had obvious signs of wear on it. Roughed up. And the button wasn't even in the mounting correctly.

This product is a SCAM.I was all scratched, without protective film (for me, it was previously used), and it does not include iPhone 5 connector. I purchased it because of that connector so, for me, it was a complete waste of money.No manual.The other plugs seems very cheap.Typo errors in the descriptions on the box that you don't believe! Typically, a signal of poor quality.Don't waste your money. I see there are other Amazon purchasers with the same issue. I was too good to be truth.Amazon, don't hurt your reputation carrying this kind of products! I know it is sold by a third-party but via Amazon!!!

Like the previous reviewer, my external battery was also scratched up and didn't include all the proper charging cables or iPhone 5 adapter. This was clearly a returned/used item. Because I was in a hurry and needed the device, I brought it with me on my trip. It charged my phone for about 10 minutes before dying. This is a piece of garbage. Do not waste your money on this.Note: I did buy the Maxboost iPhone 5 battery case for my phone and that works great. No problems there.
